Shipping, Returns & Privacy
The time that we need to create and prepare an order for shipping varies. We are usually able to ship items within 24-48 business hours, however custom orders will take longer. Please read product descriptions in their entirety as longer preparation and shipping times will be specified.
We ship items via USPS First Class Mail or First Class International. If you should need your product shipped via a faster method, please contact us at email@example.com. We will require additional applicable costs prior to mailing.
Estimated shipping times:
~ Canada: 1-3 weeks
~ North America: 2-5 business days
~ Europe: 3-6 weeks
~ Australia, New Zealand and Oceania: 3-6 weeks
We'll do our best to meet these shipping estimates, but once we ship orders, we cannot guarantee them. Actual delivery time will depend on the shipping method you choose.
Customs and Import Taxes
Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. Luna Jewelry not responsible for delays due to customs.
Returns, Exchanges and Cancellations:
We gladly accept returns, exchanges, and cancellations, however we require that we be contacted first.
Just contact us within: 14 days of delivery
Ship items back to us within: 30 days of delivery
Request a cancellation within: 3 hours of purchase
Due to the nature of the following items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, will will not be able to process returns or exchanges:
- Custom or personalized orders
- Items on sale
Conditions of Return
Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.
